Reach Greater Heights

    Sri Amman Educational Trust was established in 2010 with the aim of providing quality education to the rural children. Thiru R.Muthukrishnan, Chairman of the Trust, had an experience of 35 years in Education Department and retired as Chief Educational Officer.

    As the Headmaster of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Lalgudi, he introduced many innovative methods to improve the quality of teaching with the help of Teachers, Parents and Students and that paid rich dividends. As the TEAM LEADER, he brought many laurels to the LALGUDI school and with the help of SRI LALGUDI G. JEYARAMAN, famous VIOLINIST and the greatest son of Lalgudi, the teachers were able to mobalise Rs.FORTY LAKHS to construct the CENTENARY Building.

    Nava Bharath Vidyalaya started functioning from June 2011 with a strength of around 200 students. The very next year it had gone up to 600 and this year it is around 900. The phenomenal raise in the strength for this CBSE school in the rural area is due to the immense faith the parents of this location have in our chairman, Sri R.Muthukrishnan.

    The school is a place where the children should be provided with a conducive and tension free atmosphere and the hidden talents must be brought out through various activities. Various playing materials are available for LKG and UKG students. Frawing, music and computer are taught as a part of the curriculum from LKG. Arrangements are made to teach Yoga, Karate and Bharatha Natyam. Smart Boards are installed in 5 rooms to make learning to be interesting and easy. We use modern technology and innovative methods in teaching so that the children would acquire in depth knowledge of the subjects.

    The green house building provides good ventilation and natural light. The spacious play ground and the sufficient number of Physical Education Teachers, help the children to have regular exercise and maintain healthy body. Co-curricular activities and competitions enable the children to develop the spirit of healthy competition which would lay a strong foundation to meet the challenges in life. 

Under the guidance and supervision of our Chairman Thiru R.Muthukrishnan, NAVA BHARATH VIDYALAYA will ensure that the students of our Vidyalaya would reach GREATER HEIGHTS in future.
